Purchasing a home

Kris always puts the best interest of his buyers at the forefront of his work. He is committed to a long-term support system for each client, to help achieve the best property through proven systems. For his out-of-town clients, Kris offers a white-glove concierge service that picks them up from the airport and takes them to their desired destination while they are visiting. Kris understands the busy and hectic lives of his clients and has created a comprehensive buyer program built on discretion and efficient use of their time.

Created mainly for his first time home buyers to outline the home buying process.

Pre-Search (Pre-Approval)

A sophisticated and highly decorated mortgage broker team ready to make sure his clients are financially secured and pre-approved prior to their search. Pre-approval is a crucial stage in the home buying process and can even save his clients’ money in negotiations if they are pre-approved.

The Search (Shopping Time!)

Aside from knowing the specifics of the home you want (i.e. how many bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.), Kris has created a list of the top two or three neighbourhoods that his clients want to live in. He will always ask his clients about logistics, from their potential commute to work, where their friends live, and neighbourhood amenities like restaurants, schools, transportation, and grocery stores. All these factor in on narrowing down where their most desired areas will be. At times, he will sneak in a few off-the-board homes as well, as buyers sometimes do not know what they want until they see it firsthand.

Pen to Paper (The Contract)

Once his clients find “the one”, they enter into a contract of purchase and sale, a legally binding contract between the buyers as sellers. Subjects are added to the contract to protect the buyer’s interests and will need to be removed once all the subjects have been reviewed and fulfilled.

Move-in (Completion/Possession)

The clients’ lawyer or notary will process their new purchase with the land titles office along with their bank. After closing, clients will have officially purchased their new home and it will be time to move in. The search will have finally come to an end and it will be time to celebrate!
